Jackie is an expert in commercial litigation and has advised on many high profile cases for both government bodies and private companies.

Prior to founding QCF Corporate Finance she worked with BDO Simpson Xavier for 13 years in both in Dublin and London.

Jackie is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland and holds a Masters in Business Studies (Banking and Financial Services) and a Bachelor of Social Science from UCD.

Viv's project management experience includes leading ERP implementations, business process redesign and operational restructuring assignments. He is an approved Enterprise Ireland service provider for Lean Consultancy assignments.

Prior to QCF Corporate Finance, he worked with PWC in London, BDO Simpson Xavier, Henkel Loctite Ireland, McVities (UK), Informix (UK) and The Response Group.

Viv is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from UCC, a certificate in Employment Law and a Postgraduate Diploma in Corporate Finance (Distinction) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Other Interests include reading, all sports and GAA coaching.
