This ensures the commercial contracts are bankable and the economics work.
• Creating and evaluating financial structures to optimise project IRR, gearing levels and equity returns.  This takes into account project characteristics and market conditions.
• Evaluation/Preparation of investment memorandum and presentation to investors.

We can also support project owners or investors through the sale or purchase of stakes in renewable energy projects.
