Jackie Quinn – Director
Jackie has extensive experience in a range of corporate transactions from acquisitions, disposals, mergers to financing. She has specific sector knowledge of software, manufacturing, food, waste management, construction, retail, distribution, energy and financial services.
Jackie has an excellent network of contacts to support and initiate deals. She is also an Enterprise Ireland mentor and sits on Advisory Boards.
Jackie is an expert in commercial litigation and has advised on many high profile cases for both government bodies and private companies.
Prior to founding QCF Corporate Finance she worked with BDO Simpson Xavier for 13 years in both in Dublin and London.
Jackie is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland and holds a Masters in Business Studies (Banking and Financial Services) and a Bachelor of Social Science from UCD.

Viv Cantillon – Director
Viv has extensive commercial experience gained from working in practice, multinational and owner-managed businesses at senior manager and board director level. He has an excellent working knowledge of all operating business functions from finance to HR, sales & marketing, IT and property management and has a full understanding of the communication requirements and disciplines required to make different business areas work effectively together.
Viv's project management experience includes leading ERP implementations, business process redesign and operational restructuring assignments. He is an approved Enterprise Ireland service provider for Lean Consultancy assignments.
Prior to QCF Corporate Finance, he worked with PWC in London, BDO Simpson Xavier, Henkel Loctite Ireland, McVities (UK), Informix (UK) and The Response Group.
Viv is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from UCC, a certificate in Employment Law and a Postgraduate Diploma in Corporate Finance (Distinction) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
Other Interests include reading, all sports and GAA coaching.
